Below is a collection of links to coupon, certificate, and award templates or online generators. This list is provided as a service to the faculty of the Township of Franklin Public Schools who are keenly aware of the importance of positive reinforcement. |

| Success Certificates | Hundreds of certificates in color, all in PDF format. One time access fee of $19.95. There are 24 free samples, but all have a "Free from www.successcertificates.com" tag. Among the free samples are "Certificate of Achievement", "Doing Your Homework", "Extra Effort", and "Shining Star". | |||||||||
| Certificate Creator | This web page allows you to create customized certificates on the fly. Your web browser must have the Macromedia Plug-In for this to operate. There are 38 pre-built color certificates to choose from. Could be a little time consuming if you have a number of certificates to prepare. | |||||||||
| TeachNet Certificates | A collection of 15+ awards and certificates in black and white. The documents are in PDF format. One drawback is a few of the certificates have the word "name" where the name is to be entered so get out your white-out. | |||||||||
| Tipz Time | A very very limited collection of color awards. This is a commercial site and has numerous ads and annoying pop up windows. | |||||||||
| Kidstore Certificate Maker | A limited collection (5) of color certificates that are created online. Each certificate is made individually and presented in a PDF format. Also each document has a "certificatemaker.com" tag. | |||||||||
| Billy Bear 4 Kids | A commercial web site that has a slick interface to choose the different elements of a certificate (i.e. the borders, seal, etc.) The big drawback is the copyright and other info printed at the bottom of the certificate. This can easily be trimmed so it fits on a half page of 8 1/2 x 11 paper. They also have a collection of awards for pets, really. | |||||||||
| Teach-nology Award Maker | Yet another color award maker where you click on the components to produce a final project. Being a commercial site, you get the popup windows trying to push a product and each has a "teach-nology.com" tag. This one might be worth a look. | |||||||||
| Kidbibs Award Maker | This is an color award maker with a twist. Not only can you print out the document, but it can be emailed to the recipient if you wish. Again you choose from a collection of components to create the finished product. It adds the "kidbibs.com" tag to all awards. Watch out for the popups, you may qualify for a low-interest charge card. | |||||||||
| Scout 21's Award | This web site is hosted by anglefire.com, a free web hosting site, so there are numerous popups and ads. A javascript interface is used to personalize a collection of unique awards made up by a school bus driver. | |||||||||
| Jerry's Award Maker | A single award in which you customize the text. This is a Yahoo/Geocities popup window nightmare, but it will get you a quick and easy award. After you create the award, it will disappear in about 2 seconds. Just use the back button to view the final product. | |||||||||
| IvyJoy Certificate of Recognition | This one is unique in that each certificate has a serial number. A short, quick, and easy certificate. Visit our HowTo to eliminate the headers and footers. You follow three steps to the final product. | |||||||||
| Kid Coupons | This is a collection of coupons designed for parents to reward good behavior. Mom, Dad, take a look. | |||||||||
