Public Meeting Notice
Notice is hereby given to the residents of the Township of Franklin that
the Township of Franklin Board of Education, at its
Reorganization/Regular Meeting of April 23, 2008, established the date
of the regular monthly Board Meeting as the third Wednesday of each
month. The meetings will begin at 7:00 p.m. and will be held at
the Township of Franklin Board of Education Administration Building,
3228 Coles Mill Road, Franklinville, New Jersey. The exceptions
are: March 25, 2009 (fourth Wednesday of the month), and April 29,
2009 (last Wednesday of the month).

The schedule for the meetings shall be in effect until the next
annual Reorganization Meeting of the Board of Education or in
the case of any meeting falling on a legal holiday, unless
altered by the Board of Education, in which case due public
notice will be provided. These meetings will be held for
whatever business may come before the Board of Education and
formal action may be taken at any or all of these specified
meetings.
Notice of any special meeting of the Board of Education , other
than those designated above, shall be forwarded to The Sentinel,
being the newspaper designated by the Board of Education to
receive notice under the provisions of the New Jersey Open
Public Meeting Law at least 48 hours prior to such a meeting
being held. Public Notice of any special meeting shall also be
posted at least 48 hours prior to its occurrence.
