In Reading, we are working on the theme of "Watch Me Change". Our stories include how people and animals change as they grow. We are watching a live Panda Cam from the San Diego zoo.
We are continuing to read our high frequency words, (also called popcorn words, because they pop up everywhere). They are am, I, the, have, to, is, a, little, he, she, me, my, with. We are also working on rhyming and syllables.
In Math, we have been working on comparing numbers to 10. The children are identifying groups with more and fewer. |
