Hello Parents and Students,
Please practice counting money and making change. A booklet of coins and dollars wre sent home. Please cut out the money and use it to assist your child count and do homework.Money is very abstact to many children so please help your child practice with the coins.
Continue reading " BOOK IN THE BAG" every day.Reading at home improves all skills in math, reading comprehension and in all other areas. Books are to be returned on every Tuesday.Have fun reading and enjoy listening to your child read. These special moments makes a lifetime of memories.
We are getting ready for the holidays.My room mother will contact you . Please fill free to contact her or me to donate items.
This is the time of year we especially give with our hearts.Please open your hearts and thoughts to all the children in the world. Let's hope they too can find peace, love , tranquility during this giving season.

To my students, I hope you enjoy the wonderful presents you find under the tree. Have a wonderful winter break. Don't eat too much candy canes and cookies. I hope ypu have a very Happy New Year and wish all of you a Merry Christmas.
