Mrs. Knauss - Music Teacher

Welcome to the MUSIC web page! On this page you will find information about current units of study in grades Kindergarten,1 and 2.

All of the students have an opportunity to receive an award for their hard work, extra effort and good behavior. Encourage your children to work for these and congratulate them when they bring the awards home.

All of the students have one 45 minute Music Class each week. Music at Janvier is very "Hands On", in each class the students are encouraged to participate in a wide variety of activities including: Singing, Playing Instruments, Active Listening, Reading Music Notation, Exploring different Musical Terminology and Movement.
