Bienvenidos to another school year!

This year I will be teaching Spanish to the following 2nd grade sections at 2:55to 3:40:

Day 2 - Ms. Masotti
Day 3 - Ms. Belfi
Day 4 - Ms. Miles/Ms. Ritz
Day 5 - Ms. Arena

Each student will receive a Spanish "nickname" to help them learn Spanish vowel sounds and to begin to work with the Spanish "alfabeto". In "septiembre" we will be reviewing basic greetings and adding "Buenos dias, buenas tardes and buenas noches". We will talk about our school, personnel names and classroom items as well as Hispanic Heritage and some of the words we have adopted from the Spanish language.
