We began the month by celebrating Dr. Seuss' birthday at Delsea High School. Students listened to stories that ninth graders had written and illustrated. Everyone enjoyed the day especially returning to Janvier with their very own Dr. Seuss hat!

Also this month, we will be writing and sharing stories about how to make a leprechaun trap. We will be practicing how to use time order words. Students will then have the option to make and bring in a unique leprechaun trap. Hopefully, on March 17th after we set our traps we will catch a leprechaun and he will share his gold with us!

Thank you for reading with your children on a nightly basis and helping them to complete the monthly baseball reading logs. We are looking forward to finding out who will be our Grand Slam Winners!
