Happy New Year! I hope you enjoyed the holidays. A big thank you to all of the moms who helped make our Polar Express party a success. Everything was yummy and the students had a wonderful time!

In celebration of Martin Luther King Jr. and his many achievements our class will be showing how we are all connected through acts of kindness. Students will trace their hand and write one act of kindness that they have performed. I can't wait to read and display their work.
We will also be working on a "Dream Cloud" writing assignment. Students will write about their ideas for a better world. Wait until they bring them home, their stories promise to be heart warming.

And one more thought, GO EAGLES!!!!!!
