MATH Continue working on multiplying greater numbers by one digit numbers and also by two digit numbers.

READING We will work on the following skills: comprehension, author's point of view, making judgements and decisions,using context clues, and distinguishing between fact and opinion.

GRAMMAR Continue working on verbs. We will concentrate on helping, linking, and irregular verbs.

SPELLING Words spelled with consonant digraphs and words with ed and ing endings.

SOCIAL STUDIES This month we will be studying about the land and water of the Northeast.

SCIENCE How plants and animals survive in the environment.

HEALTH Growth and nutrition

HANDWRITING Continue working on cursive writing.

Continue to use the study guides when studying for tests.

Continue to check your child's assignment book daily.
