Welcome to 2009. Martin Luther King Day is January 19th and schools will be closed. The end of the marking is January 30th.
The Basic Skills students are working on Math and Language Arts in the 5th and 6th grades. In Language Arts the classes are doing Reading, Grammar, and writing. The 3rd grade is practicing basic Addition and Subtraction as well as word problems. The 4th grade is also doing word problems and Addition, Subtraction, and Multiplication. The 5th grade is working on Multiplication and Decimals. The 6th grade class is working on Decimals and Fractions.
