During January the gym teacher and I are continuing family life classes for the fifth graders and I will continue to screen students for vision and hearing. If your child wears glasses please encourage him or her to bring them to school. If they can't see the board well, they are missing information that other children are getting.

Please remind the children to dress for the weather. Some winter days are very cold. If the child's name is somewhere on the coat we can quickly find the owner when it gets lost.

Please remember that I cannot give ANY medication unless I have a doctor's order (note) and the parent/adult must bring in the medication. Never send it in with your child.
