Superintendent Search 2025 - Overview

The Township of Franklin Board of Education has begun the process of searching for a new Superintendent of Schools. To guide and support the Board throughout this journey, they have enlisted Mrs. Judith Wilson, a consultant and facilitator who specializes in identifying and recruiting top-tier educational leaders.

This search will unfold in four key phases: engagement, recruitment, selection, and transition. The engagement phase focuses on designing a process that allows the Board and stakeholders to participate through interviews, online surveys, and virtual forums. Insights gathered during this stage will help the Board shape a leadership profile and selection criteria that align with the community’s priorities and the specific needs of students within the Township of Franklin Public Schools. This structured, inclusive, and research-driven approach ensures that all stakeholders can contribute to the search process and provides valuable feedback about the school district, enabling the search facilitator to better understand and position the district in the broader educational landscape.

Please stay informed about the progress of this process by checking this page for updates, where additional information will be added as it becomes available.
